- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, HSHQDC-07-Q-00122, is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. The type of contract is firm fixed price. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $23 million. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has a requirement for: Item #1 - Six (6) Software Licenses for System Architect DoDAF version 10.4 with Annual Software Subscription Maintenance (Telelogic Part # CCLMSADODAFSM), maintenance is required for one year from date of delivery of software. Exceptions to this software will not be accepted. Submit the maintenance agreement with your quote. Delivery of supplies is ten (10) days after award to be shipped to U.S. Department of Homeland Security/NAC, 3800 Nebraska Avenue, 245 Murray Lane SW, Bldg 410, Washington, DC 20013.
