Description: The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for the furnishing of stretcher transportation services for beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. Contract term will be for a base period of one year with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. This requirement has been set-aside for 100% small business participation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated for both technical merit and price reasonableness in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation.
