Description

The Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to CC Intelligent Solutions (CCIS), Raleigh, North Carolina to emplace, maintain and upgrade a FusionNet server and associated clients. CCIS is the sole authoritative source for FusionNet development, installment and maintenance. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may ident ify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discreti on of the Government. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, you must respond by April 18, 2007, 3:00 p.m. EST. Your Responses may be submitted via e-mail.
