Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutes): 20 each, Stealth Computer, LPC-401PCI, LPC-401PCI w/PCI Exp ansion Slot; 20 each, Upgrade to Intel Pentium 4, 2GHz; 20 each, Upgrade to 1GB RAM; 20 each, Upgrade to 100GB Hard Drive; 20 each, Windows XP Pro Operating System Software; 10 each, Itronix, DUO-Touch IX325 Base Options, to include: Duo Touch, 1.1GHz Pen tium M, Dual mode Touchscreens, 40GB HD, 256MB RAM DDR II (Duo-Touch); #1024 MB DDR RAM (128MB Total) (Duo-Touch); 80GB HDD (Duo-Touch); U.S. (Duo-Touch); GPS (Duo-Touch); Itronix Lavel set (Duo-Touch); English-Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC System Softwa re, Commerical (Duo-Touch); Duo-Touch IX325 Peripherals; Expansion Battery, 23-050115-00, 3.6 AHR, 40.0 WH (Duo-Touch); Handstrap, 54-0713-002, (Duo-Touch); Shoulder Strap, 54-0736-001R, Hands Free 4-Point (Duo-Touch); Carry Case, 62-0333-004, Hands Free w ith A5-size Pouch, Handle, LG Stylus and Tether (Duo-Touch); Duo-Touch IX325 Service Products; 3 year DOD Emerald Service Duo-Touch. FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are d ue no later than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, Thursday, 12 April 2007. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in d escending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. The NAICS code is 334119. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See ev aluation criteria above). Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Tax Identification Number, CAGE Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUN S Number, and applicable FSC Codes with its offer.
