Description

DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to two (2) one-year periods. The solicitation number will be SPM4A607R0567, IQC 07082009014. The NSN is as follows 9150-00-117-8791, Lubricating Oil, Engine Two Cycle, (Unit Can Contains 1 Pint). The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-aside, Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources and will result in a Firm Fixed Price with an EPA provision. Critical item and QAP 004 is applicable. This has a specification drawing (TC-WIII). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Labels are requirements. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 5%. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirement is 30 days. Stock Locations are DDRV Richmond VA and DDJC San Joaquin CA. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance Destination is required. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation.
