- The 96TH Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/MSCBS at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the purchase of (4) each, Radio Frequency Meter. This is a Sole Source to L-3 Communications Corroration, Narda Microwave East., 435 Moreland Road, Hauppauge, NY 11788. The announcement number is F1T3AC7086A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515, with small business standard size 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for: CLIN 0001 ? Radio Frequency Meter, Part Number 70334. Package includes the following components: RF Survey Meter, P/N 8712; Electric Field Probe, P/N 8723D; 4-Foot Extension Cable, P/N 8744-04; Transport/Storage case; and operation/service manual. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
