- This is an amendment to the original presolicitation notice synopsis to solicitation number W912JV-07-B-0001 dated 30 March 2007. The following changes are as follows: (1). The subject line originally reads as Provide seal coating to hangar floors at the Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, OR . The subject line is hereby changed to read: Provide EPOXY coating to hangar floors at the Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, OR. (2) There will be a second site visit scheduled at the Port land Air National Guard Base on May 2, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Interested parties MUST contact Mike Collins via email at Mike.Collins@orport.ang.af.mil to obtain base access information and application. All questions are to be submitted to Mike Collins via ema il not later than April 26, 2007. (3) Bidding documents that were to be available on or about April 9th is hereby changed to bidding documents should be available on or about April 13, 2007. The bid opening date is hereby changed from April 30, 2007 to May 15, 2007 with the time and place remaining unchanged.
