- The Bureau of Indian, Affairs Navajo Regional Office, solicits for an award of (1) Barb Wire HW Commercial 2PT 5" 7056, 120 RO; (2) T-Post Extra HD 1.33 6' w/5 clips 7148, 6000 EA; (3) Fence Stay Class I 48", 6,000 EA; (4) Fence stretcher golden rod 415 49556 1 EA; (5) WL1132Xwl palomino CH ball N tape 20 EA; and (6) Post driver heavy Priefert 30 lb. 32402. Catalog numbers shown on the RFQ have been taken from (International Farmers Asso.) and are for identification purposes only. The items the vendor has to offer are to be the same as or equal to the catalog number references. Items shall be new and FOB project site, BIA, Ft. Defiance Agency, Branch of Natural Resources, Bonita Drive, Bldg. 251 ? 3, Ft. Defiance, AZ, 86504. Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. RMN00070052 must be submitted by close of business April 30, 2007. This procurement is a total set aside for small business. All interested firms are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by mail or by facsimile, Fax No. (505) 863-8382, Attention: Victoria Joe, Contract Specialist. Telephone requests to obtain the RFQ will not be accepted. A limit of fifteen (15) RFQs will be made available for the first 15 requests at no charge. Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing five (5) days before the RFQ closing date to the Contracting Officer.
