Description: There is no request for quotation. This is the US Fish and WIldlife Service's notice of intent to have Robert Patton provide biological information on the endanged California Least Tern and the threatened Western Snowy Plover. Mr. Patton charges $35.00 per hour and no travel or perdiem fees. He has performed these services for several years and requires no oversight by the US FWS. He currently holds all necessary federal endangered species and bird bankding permits as well as apprpriatpe State permits that enable him towork directly with these species.
