Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 8,369 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 7,277 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space and 42 parking spaces within no more than 2 blocks of the offered site/building. Occupancy date shall not be later than October 1, 2008. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North: Highway 16; East: Zebulon Road / Bus. 19-41/ Hill Street; South: Moose Lodge Highway; West: Alternate 19-4; AND North: Highway 92; East 9-41 and West: Henry Jackson Road/Pine Hill Road Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. First floor space is preferred. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking within 2 blocks of the offered space. The Government will not consider sub-leasing space.
