Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service offices intend to negotiate on a sole source basis with GeoBoy Rehabilitation Work. This action is under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1 (b)(1)(i), justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR6/304. Under this requirement the manufacturer of GeoBoy equipment, be used to rehabilitate the machine as a sole source vendor. They are the only ones who are fully capable of repairing or replacing all the compnents tahat were damaged,going through the machine and making a dependable brushcutter tractor again in a short amount of time. It's the Government belief that thisrequirement can only be met by GeoBoy Rehabilitation. GeoBoy Jarraff Industries has the the unique capabilities to meet this requirement because of their knowledge and experience network of suppliers and knowlwedgable mechanics and technicians to ensure thst the machine is restored to it's factory specifications. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A FORMAL SOLICITATION OF OFFERS.
