Description
The US Geological Survey (USGS), Central Region, Denver, CO, GIO office has a requirement for Delego software to include license fee and software, Professional Services, and Maintenance support fee. USGS already owns Delego software version 2.4.0 but needs to purchase current software 2.5.1 for current standards of the Certification and Accreditation requirements concerning data encryption. The upgrade to the newest version of Delego is required to maintain all the current functionality of the current system which will allow USGS to take full advantage of the SAP ECC6.0 version. The process should be implemented with little to no impact to the daily users of the current system. The upgrade shall also include a maintenance and support plan that allows for: access to McCammon Enterprises, Inc(MEI) Issue Tracking System and Support Portal C; changes, updates to Delego products due to SAP-PCI interface changes required by SAP; changes, updates to Delego products due to processor/acquirer required change; Annual remote check-up review of the SAP payment system; Upgrades, enhancements, corrections, and patches to any Delego products under a current License Agreement; All new and updated product and/or user documentation prepared by MEI. The USGS intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to McCammon Enterprises, Inc, 6145 Inadate, Strathroy, ON N7G 3H4 Canada. However, should additional sources be identified, they will be considered. Concerns who feel that they can furnish the required item or its functional equivalent (based upon the criteria specified herein) are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response to this announcement. An affirmative response would include literature, brochures and such other materials that correspond to the required items stated herein. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. No solicitation document exists therefore requests for such documents without accompanying information will be considered non-responsive to this request without further consideration. Affirmative responses shall be post mark April 16, 2007 mail to Contracting Officer; Gail Walker, USGS, Denver Federal Center Box 25046, MS204B, Denver, CO 80225-0046. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement. No formal RFQ will be available. NAICS code is 541511.
