Description: Pursuant to FAR 8.402(f) notice is given that the Government intends to contract with I2, Inc. for open market software customization services as part of a Federal Supply Schedule delivery order. Approximately 1,920 labor hours of proprietary software customization services will be acquired. This is not a solicitation. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
