- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Telecommunication Sytems, Inc., 275 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21041-3466. The contractor will be providing these IP Accelerator upgrades for the 20th Support Command's Swiftlink BGAN systems. Telecommunication is the sole source manufacturer of the proprietary Swiftlink BGAN system and the Accelerator Upgrade. The North American Industry Classifi cation System (NAICS) for this requirement is 517212 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 09:00 A .M., Eastern Daylight Savings Time, April 16th, 2007.
