Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. See Attached STATEMENT OF WORK STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall provide all, labor, supervision, supplies and items necessary to support the Louisiana Army National Guard s Annual Training (AT) to be conducted at Jackson Barracks, New Orleans, La. The primary locations for the ser ving of the breakfast , lunch, and dinner meals will be 1 fixed dining facility at Jackson Barracks. The contractor will be required to provide their own labor to prepare and serve the above mentioned meals. The contractor shall use the LAARNG 12 day Menu as a guide to schedule meal planning. The contractor shall be able to accommodate changes to the feeding times and number of meals given 24 hours notice from the unit POC. The contractor must comply with the state board of health guidelines.
