- The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for a bone- tendon-bone, hemi with quadricep, small bone blocks. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation, 125 May Street, Suite 300, Edison, New Jersey Item# 430007 bone-tendon-bone, hemi with quadricep, small bone blocks, L 11.2; X 61.5; Yp 26.8; W 10mm; T 6.7mm and Yt 26.6mm. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This informatio n will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
