In Response to questions posed concerning this solicitation the following modification is submitted: Dear Lincoln Capstick III, Please provide us with the answers to these very important project scope and quality questions: 1. (Q) Person or entity currently performing the contract/project? (A) Currently, there is no contract to provide these required services. 2. (Q) Old contract or an outline of the main differences between old statement of work and the current one? (A) There is not difference. 3. (Q) Old award/contract information -amount and/or price, if available? (A) There is no information available as to prior pricing. 4. (Q) Old contact award and solicitation number? (A) Unknown 5. (Q) Current contract budget estimate? (A) No historical estimate of costs exists as this is a new requirement. The Independent Government Estimate will not be released. 6. (Q) Which part(s) of this bid can be e-mailed and or faxed to help with reduction of waste and help the environment? (We are going paperless 100% very soon, and need your help!) (A) All of the bid can be e-mailed or faxed however we would recommend that you send in your quote early and check to ensure that the entire quote arrives prior to the No Later Than time indicated in the solicitation.
