The Government will provide the Contractor with the test vehicles and anthropomorphic test devices (i.e. test dummies) without instrumentation as Government Furnished Property (GFP). The Contractor shall have a fully operational test site with all of the qualified personnel, facilities, equipment and test devices to perform the work at the time of proposal submission. Contract Award: NHTSA intends to award mutliple Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ)contracts with a base year of two years (24 months) to include optional quantities during base year period 1 and 2 of the contract. The contract will also include a provision by which three (3) one-year option periods can be exercised (in one-year increments) resulting in a total possible performance period of five (5) years.
