- Sources Sought Announcement: The Veterans Affairs Illiana Health Care System, Danville, IL is performing pre-solicitation market research to determine potential business sources and set-aside possibilities for Lithotripsy Services. Contractor shall provide mobile Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy equipment and related technical support to veterans that qualify as beneficiaries of the VAIHCS upon forty-eight hours advance notice by VAIHCS. VAIHCS anticipates that an average of one veteran will be treated per scheduled visit but may be as low as one or as high as six. Potential sources must demonstrate experience and knowledge of required services and capability to provide such services. Potential sources should identify business name, point of contact, business size, and any applicable business socio-economic category, i.e. Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO), HUBZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business(SDB), Woman Owned (WO), and Veteran Owned (VO)and provide information for recent and relevant projects similar in nature. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621999 and the small business size standard is $9.0 million average annual receipts for preceding three years. Responses to this announcement are due by close of business April 20, 2007.
