Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for five (5) each bottom loader truck pantograph, 3? piping, stainless steel construction with standard 3? four bolt flanges on pipe connection end, Length: 9 feet, double seated, non lubricated, stainless steel swivel joints, dry break disconnect. Cla-Val single point nozzle. Mfg.: Cla-Val Corp Series 850G. Expected delivery date is approximately thirty (30) days after receipt of order. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0125 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3494, business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 332919. GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
