- The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutes): MFG: Broadax Systems Inc (BSI); 10 each; R912-17, 17 inch TFT 1280x1024 SXGA. 10 each; Intel Pentium-4 3.4GHz(2MB) 800MH z 775pin. 10 each; MBPD-945GNTL 800/1066FSB, 4xDDR2(4GB). 10 each; Kingston 4GB 800MHz (4x1GB) DDR2. 10 each; 160GB 7200RMP (8MB cache). 10 each; Sony 16x DVD+1/-R/RW, CD-R/RW drive. 10 each; 17 inch TFT 1920x1600 WUXGA LCD panel. 10 each; 500W ATX p ower supply + backup battery. 10 each; 7in1 Internal Flash Card Reader/Floppy\Drive. 10 each; Microsoft Windows XP Pro. FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no late r than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, 17 April 2007. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending o rder of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation crite ria above). Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Tax Identification Number, CAGE Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number, and applicable FSC Codes with its offer.
