Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to Repair and Recondition of the Improved Chemical Agent Monitor (ICAM). The solicitation is W912JV-07-T-0002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by April 25, 2007, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to Brandy.Kloock@ng.army.mil. 1.0 Scope of Work 1.1 Scope of Work: The repair and recondition of the Improved Chemical Agent Monitor (ICAM) NSN 6665-01-357-8502. The contractor will repair and recondition a minimum of two units per workday per employee when requirements exist. The contractor will repa ir the assemblies to technical manual 10/20 standard. Basic issue items will be evaluated and reconstituted, less batteries as directed by the OSMS-PM. The workload may be inconsistent with no guarantee of annual quantity. 1.2 The supplier shall furnish the following supplies/service if and when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period of 14 May 2007 through 13 May 2012. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. Point of Contact: Brandy L.
