PRON: AX7F0205, NSN: 1560-01-158-9478, PN: 70305-02110-043, Quantity: 1453 each minimum/9769 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. FOB Destination with delivery to Tracy, CA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 200 each 390 days after contract award (DACA) and 200 per month thereafter until contact completion. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 248 DACA. Req uired delivery without First Article Testing is 200 each 260 days after contract award and 200 per month thereafter until contact completion. This is a 100% Hubzone Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than hubzone small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Age ncy. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
