- Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 from Loyola Enterprises, 2984 Lynnhaven Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acqu isition Procedures (SAP) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is for the Loyola Spatial Systems. Loyola is the only company with an Real Time Kinematic (RTK) network covering a large area in the Washington DC area and accurate to the National Geodetic Survey specifications. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities/qualifications to perform the effort in writing t o the identified point of contact no later than 1530 hrs Central Time Zone on 18 April 2007. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A det ermination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notic e. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
