- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Denali Commission in Anchorage Alaska seeks a Contractor to provide public relations, marketing and associated consulting services to create and develop a ?brand,? and ensure alignment with that brand message through various communication outlets and methods used by the Commission. The objective of any resulting award shall be to support and enhance the Denali Commission public relations activities via an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract through which performance-based firm fixed price task orders will be issued. The goals of the public relations award are threefold: 1. Define the Denali Commission target audience 2. Educate the general public with regard to specific Commission programs and activities 3. Integrate common themes and messages regarding the overall services of the Commission It is anticipated the solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps during the week of April 16, 2007. Offerors are forbidden from talking with the Denali Commission regarding this procurement.
