- THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE MODIFIES THE PREVIOUS SOLICTATION NOTICE NUMBER 5CA0669 RUN APRIL 2, 2007. THIS NOTICE MODIFIES THE DELINEATED AREA. REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 5,919 rentable square feet yielding 5,147ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North - Oberlin Road(it runs east to west) South - Moonlit Oaks Ave(it runs east to west and is south of Oberlin Road East - Fairlane Road it runs north to south and is East of S. Main) West - South Main Street REQUIRED: On-site parking for 2 government vehicles is required. Public transportation is required within 2 blocks. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Setbacks of 20 feet are required for new construction. LEASE TERM: Term is for fifteen (15) years/ ten (10) years firm. Proposed occupancy date is April 29, 2009.
