- AMENDMENT 8 updated. UNITED STATES POSTING OF AN AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION SA13017RP0007 This is an amended Solicitation Notice for an OMB Circular A-76 (Revised, May 2003) Public-Private Competition to provide Commercial Photography performed with the Office of Public Affairs located in Washington, D.C. QUESTION: Can you please clarify the revised Period of Performance? ANSWER: The current schedule has changed from April 2, 2007 to a commencement date on or about June 15, 2007, with a 90 day transition period and a base of a nine (9) month performance period. CLIN 0001 BASE PERIOD-Effective Date of Contract Award through twelve Months anticipated June 15, 2007 through May 30, 2008; CLIN 0002 Option Year I June 1, 2008 through May 30, 2009; CLIN 0003 Option Year II June 1, 2009 through May 30, 2010; CLIN 0004 Option Year III June 1, 2010 through May 30, 2011; CLIN 0005 Option Year IV June 1, 2011 through May 30, 2012, including Phase In and Phase Out support change management NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-APR-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
