- Note: All responses to the RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, P.O. Box 3700, Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO 80539 3003. Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a 20??? Walk-In Hot Stick Trailer per attached Specifications. This is a solicitation and will be handled as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13.5. This procurement is set-aside for small business and the North American Industry Standard (NAICS) is 423830 and the business size standard is 100 employees. All offeror???s must complete all portions of each section of the solicitation package and must be registered in the databases as indicated on the cover letter to be considered for award. This solicitation will be issued on or about April 12, 2007 at the following website: http://e-center.doe.gov/ Note: responses to this RFQ may be submitted electronically online via FedBizOpps or mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986. Information hours are between 7am and 3pm MT Monday through Friday.
