Description
The U.S Army Communication Electronics Life Cycle Management Command intends to issue a five year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Firm Fixed Price Contract by way of a Best Value Source Selection. This acquisition will be solicited using full and open competition. The government intends to procure AN/APR-39A(V) 1, and AN/APR-39A(V) 4, Radar Signal Detecting Sets, Spares and Test Equipment. The purchased items will consist of various NSNs associated with the AN/APR-39 family of ra dar systems. The AN/APR-39A(V)1, and AN/APR-39A(V)4 are used on all Scout and Attack aircraft (AH-64, AH-1, OH-58) as well as utility (UH-1 MEDEVAC, CH-47, UH-60) and Special Operations Aircraft (MH-60, MH-47). First Article Testing Requirements will be included in the solicitation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334511. The size standard is having less than 750 employees to be considered a small business. The number assigned to this solicitation is W15P7T-07-R-C203. Inspection and Acceptance wi ll be at the source and the FOB Point is destination. The contractor will be required to have a Secret facility clearance with Secret safeguarding capability limited to two cubic feet. The contractor will require access to FOUO information. The contract or will also require access to Security/Program Classification Guide (SCG). The delivery schedule, packaging requirements, delivery location will be indicated within the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or around 15 May 2007 and submissio n of Proposals are due on or around 15 June 2007.
