- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to procure up to two (2) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for data validation services to determine the accuracy and precision of the laboratory procedures and data collection meth ods, and to determine the validity of data quality to meet requirements based on project objectives. Data that has not met required standards will be flagged with appropriate designators. The validation to be conducted on the Primary Analytical and QA dat a will be as specified on individual task orders placed against the IDIQ contracts. If Quality Assurance Reports (CQAR) are required as part of individual task orders, these will be conducted concurrently with Chemical CQAR preparations. The area to be s erved under this procurement encompasses the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division mission boundaries (nationwide.) Contract performance will be for one year from date of award, with four one-year options. Award of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be b ased on Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered are Technical Ability, Experience, Past Performance, and Price. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses; up to two awards will be made. The North American Industry Classificatio n (NAICS) Code is 541620, with a size standard of $6,500,000.00. The estimated value of this RFQ is $750,000.00. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 16 April 2007, and an approximate due date of 21 May 2007 by 2:00 p.m. Louisville local time.
