Description

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Work involves removing the existing mechanical and electrical equipment and replacing it with similar equipment for two well houses at Lower Grani te Dam and one well house at Illia housing area located approximately one mile down river from Lower Granite Dam. The pumps at well house 1 and 2 have 25 hp motors; the pump at Illia has a 10 hp motor. Mechanical equipment includes new well pumps and mot ors, piping, valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, and chlorination system. Exhaust fans and louvers will be installed for proper air circulation. Electrical equipment includes wire, conduit, transformers, panel boards, receptacles, fluorescent lights, th ermostats, level switches, and other appurtenant equipment. The electrical control system will be upgraded to a PLC system. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220. Solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. All responsible business sources may submit a bid. For the purposes of procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annu al average gross income does not exceed $13 million.
