- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constit utes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is W912JB-07-T-2004, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in ef fect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-10, 20070327 Edition. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business and award will be made based on Best Value to the Government considering requi rements listed below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722320 with small business standard of $6.5 million or less annual gross revenue. Description of service: Catered meals to be served at the Flint, MI Armory. Four m eals are to be served one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday) for approximately 50 personnel. Meal headcount may fluctuate monthly and could be as low as 30 personnel. Contractor will be given seven days notice for firm headcount. Meals must be in a ccordance with the Michigan National Guard 14-Day Menu (available per email at kari.churchill@us.army.mil). Meals (Breakfast, Box Lunch and Dinner) are to be prepared off-site and delivered ready to serve. Meal schedule as follows: Box Lunch and Dinner o n Saturday; Breakfast and Box Lunch on Sunday. Sundays Box Lunch is to be delivered with Breakfast meal. The scheduled dates are: 12-13 May 07, 9-10 June 07, 28-29 July 07, 18-19 Aug 07 and 22-23 Sep 07. Dates subject to change; contractor will be give n 30 days notice. Offer to be firm fixed-price.
