Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division, Central (GRD-C) has a competitive requirement for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support the Camp Cropper Complex. This solicitation will result in a multiple award task order contract entered into in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.504(c). Construction contractors will be selected for this contract. The MATOC will consist of a 12 month Base Period and two addition 12 month Option Periods. The capacity shared amongst the contractors will not-to-exceed (NTE) $50M for the three years ($25,000,000 base period plus $15,000,000 for the First Option Period and $10,000,000 for the Second Option Period). The task orders will range from $250,000.00 thousand to $3,000,000.00 million and will be for projects of various complexity. Task Orders will include multi-disciplinary but not limited to construction, reconstruction, renovation, restoration, incidental or limited design associated with those types of activities. The MATOC will not be used for Architectural-Engineering (AE) services; however, incidental AE services may be needed for some projects. Competition for this procurement is not limited. The solicitation is open and full competition. The contractor shall comply with host country and Government prescribed laws, policies and procedures for performance under the contract. This procurement will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a firm-Fixed-price contract will be negotiated as a result of this procurement. The solicitation for this project will be issued in electronic format only and will be available for download on the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and the Baghdad Business Center website: http://www.baghdadbusinesscenter.org/tenders.asp#CORP on or about April 27, 2007.
