Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure a Water Purification System, Part Number PWP-C3-120V/RPK/OTK, on a sole source basis with Aqua Sun International in support of the V-22 Aircraft. A quantity of twenty two (22) each is required for the base contract with four (4) options each citing a minimum of five (5) each and maximum of twenty (20) each. The Government intends to procure this effort under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR6.302-1. Firms that believe they can satisfy this requirement are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Navy in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Navy not to open the requirement to competition, based upon the response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Navy. A solicitation s not available for this procurement. This effort will commence within approximately thirty (30) days after the date of subsequent contract.
