Description

This PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE is posted to allow the General Services Administration (GSA) the opportunity to announce its intent to solicit for qualified General Construction Contractors (GC) for the renovation of the 4th floor Resident Judge's Chamber at the Bryon White Federal Courthouse, Denver, Colorado. The work will entail the selective demolition and remodel of interior office space with special attention required for the millwork. The construction space is approximately 2350 square feet. The Bryon White Federal Courthouse, a national historical landmark, is located at 1823 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado, 80294. The estimated dollar amount of the project is between $200,000 and $300,000. The project completion is approximately 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds, insurance and security clearances will be required prior to the start of any work. This procurement will be set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a Size Standard of $31.0 million. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is on or about April 30, 2007.
