- The Defense Media Center Contracting Office intends to solicit as brand name only for Harris/Leitch audio and video terminal equipment, commissioning, and technical support in order to establish a Direct To Home Control Room at the Defense Media Center in Riverside, CA. The anticipated date of issuance of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is on or about 16 April 2007 with proposals due on or about 23 April 2007. Delivery of all equipment on the RFP is desired no later than 25 May 2007. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible contractor who meets the requirements at the lowest price.
