Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR currently does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN to distribute as NSN is Configuration Control and Source Control applicable. This NSN is a critical application item, is not a commercial item, and is not a critical safety item as of 04/14/2007. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 180 AY for the base year and for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 45 AY for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
