Description
Response due to solicitation is extended to 4 May 07 due to drawing not being available on FedTeds. Drawings have been posted as of 12 Apr 07. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Five Year Firm Fixed Price IDIQ type Requirements Contract for the repair of Circuit Card Assemblies for NSN: 5998-01-193-4223KV and NSN: 5998-01-275-4719KV. The repair of NSN 5998-01-193-4223K, P/N: 865284-1 will have a BEQ of 1 to 13 each for Year One and a BEQ of 1 to 5 each for Years Two through Five. The repair of NSN 5998-01-275-4719, P/N: 865284-301 will have a BEQ of 1 to 2 each for Years One through Year Five. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation shall be considered. Solicitaton will be issued 15 days after publication of synoposis. All proposals received within thirty days after issuance of solicitation or 45 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. When appropriate, potential offerors may contact Ombudsman Alan Mathis, at 468-926-4028.
