Description

Requirement for award of a firm-fixed price contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to repair monument wall fence at the Commemorative Area, Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the specifications, drawings a nd conditions contained in the Request for Proposal. The project magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Alternative Payment Protection may be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 with a s mall business size standard of $13 Million. This Request for Proposal will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Quote documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or about 18 April 2007. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic re quest for hard copies of quote documents will be denied. Interested parties must access the web page for issuance of the Request for Proposal, associated documents, and any amendments that may be issued. Contractors will NOT be directly notified of amendme nts. The Offer due date will be on or about 3 May 07. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Offers will be evaluated on technical, past performance and price. The solicitation will provide information as to what must be submitted for evaluation.
