Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to procure 1000 each Commercial Handset H-250B/G, NSN 5965-01-549-6390 on a Firm Fixed- Price basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be at source and th e FOB point is destination. The anticipated delivery of all 1000 units shall begin 30 days after contract. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this Acquisition wi ll be conducted on a Sole Source basis. The rights to the technical data required to manufacture and test the Commercial Handset H-250B/G and all its related equipment are not owned by the Government. The technical data for manufacturing and testing are th e sole proprietorship of Maranatha Industries. Payne, Ohio. The solicitation, W15P7T-07-R-K007, will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about 13 April, 20 07.
