- Description
- The US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Applanix Corporation, 85 Leek Cres, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B, 3B3, CAN, a firm fixed price purchase order for the following hardware: one (1) each POS LV220 V4 Positioning System; one (1) each POSPac Land 5.0 Software; One (1) each Training Program for POS SV220; and one (1) each AgGPS DGPS receiver and antenna. The statutory authority for ot her than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Nevertheless, all responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successf ully provide the required hardware may submit a quote to be considered. All responses should be received via email within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice. Delivery will be FOB Destination: US Army, Property Officer Warehouse, Building 335, 59 61 Putnam Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5424, ATTN: Thomas Donzelli. The delivery date is 60 days or sooner after award date. The anticipated award date is 20 days from the date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. In additional, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be a ccomplished through the following website: http://www.arnet.gov/far/. A written solicitation will not be issued.
