BRAC Aircraft Maintenance Complex at Nellis AFB, NV The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220: Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, The Small Business Size Standard is $31.5 M average annual gross revenu e for the last three (3) fiscal years. The FSC Code is Y199. The estimated cost range of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This announcement is open to all businesses regardless of size. If a large business is selected for this contr act, it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on that part of the work it intends to subcontract. The Small Business subcontracting goals for these contracts are a minimum of 51.2% of the contractors intended s ubcontracting opportunities. The referenced subcontracting goals will be placed with Small Businesses (SB), including Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SBD) 8.8%, Woman-Owned Businesses (WOB) 7.3%, Hubzone Businesses 3.1% and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business 1.5%. WORK CONSISTS OF Construction of an 18,202 SF Fuel cell maintenance hangar reinforced concrete foun dation and floor slab, structural steel frame, standing seam metal roof, fire detection/protection, utilities, site improvements, landscaping, access road and parking. Construct hangar apron access pavements/lighting, markings, communication support and a ll other necessary support Please note that there are special instructions pertaining to hand delivered bids.
