Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, and materials for extending a trail dike by placement of Graded Stone A and for constructing a lateral tie back dike by placement of Graded Stone A and 250 lb. Riprap. Total tonnage of this project w ill be approximately 230,000 tons of Graded Stone A and 1,650 tons of 250 lb. Riprap. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. There are five (5) sheets in the set of drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement with HubZone price evaluation preference for small business concerns. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 237990. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $31.0 million. The solicitation will issue on/about 1 May 2007 and bid opening date will be on/about 31 May 2007.
