This is small business set aside. Brand Name Justification - The Department has Symantec software installed in the Department's intranet environment. In order to have assistance from Symantec in case of a malfunctioning software product, the Department would need to have the support contract for all workstations across the enterprise. Without the contract, no support would be provided. It would not be cost effective and would be time consuming if the Department had to replace all of the software. Please contact Steve Gagnon via email for information regarding this request for quote. The period of performance for line items is 06/27/2007 - 6/26/2008.
