Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-0432. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334516 and Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to be delivered at Aberdeen Proving Gr ound, MD for the following items: CLIN 0001 - AGILENT LC/MCD TOF SYSTEM #G3250AA - Includes dual-spray ESI source, auto cat delivery system ion optics, TOF mass analyzer, vac. sys. & electronics, sys. SW. 24 hours installation familiarization. DEMO TOF Sys tem s/n US53700702 With the following configuration: Ship-to Country: USA; Installation (44K); Familiarization at Installation (44L); 1 year SW Upgrade/Phone Assist (44W); 1 year PC repair Recovery Service (OTP) - 1 each. CLIN 0002 - Agilent G3295AA - TO F Software upgrade for current G3250AA LC/MSD TOF system customers with the following configuration: Ship--to-Country: USA; Installation (44K); Familiarization at Installation (44L) - 1 each. CLN 0003 - Agilent G1969-85000 ES API-TOP tuning Mix - 1 each. CLIN 0004 - AGILENT G1969-85010 APCI-TOF Tuning Mix - 1 each. CLIN 0005 - AGILENT G1969-85001 API-TOF Reference Mass Solution Kit - 1 each. The contract will be awarded to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
