Description

This is to procure 25,176 Each NSN: 1240-01-540-2890 Part Number: 13010580 32MM Laser Filters with ARD's for the US Army 4x32 ACOG Rifle Scope with a 100 percent option. This requirement for the 32MM Laser Unit with ARD's is Classified at the Secre t Level. Any bidder that does not have the proper security clearance will not be considered for contract award. In addition, any bidder that has the proper security clearance but did not request the classified 32MM LFU code drawing will not be considere d for contract award. FOREIGN DISCLOSURE UK and CANADA. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(2)(7) and 14.205-(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
