Description

Contractor shall furnish all the necessary personnel, materials, services, and equipment to stain/paint the exterior of six (6) Empire Maintenance buildings at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Work consists of preparing surfaces for application, which will include removing: hardware, lighting fixtures, all loose glazing from windows, dirt, rust, grease, scales, or other conditions detrimental to the formation of a durable paint film. Reapply glazing, fill nail holes, cracks, open joints and other imperfections as necessary. Apply high quality paint/stain as identified in specifications. Magnitude of Project: $15,000 - $50,000.
