Description

The contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will provide, through the issuance of task orders, new construction, renovation, alternation, repair, and associated architecture/engineering work at various locations in Japan. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, building renovation, building demolition, built-in equipment repair/replacement, piping repair/replacement, pipe lagging, electrical work, mechanical work, road pavement, fencing, roofing, painting, site work, removal and disposal of lead based paint and asbestos containing material, welding and masonry. Contractor may be provided full-blown plans and specifications, sketches, no design or may be required to do design build. The contract will be for a term of five (5) years consisting of the base with four (4) options. The work shall be located at various U.S. Government Installations, Okinawa, Japan.
