Description: The Navy requires professional services for AQWA technical support required by the Ocean Construction Division. The Navy intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Century Dynamics of Concord, CA to provide the required technical support. Century Dynamics has proprietary data rights to AQWA. AQWA is a brand name software for full static and dynamic analysis capability for the design and analysis of floating structures. The government requires continued technical support of AQWA and associated capabilities and data. There is no other software that can meet the government requirements and system compatibility.
