- The Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest is seeking small and emerging small businesses who posess all expertise, certification and licensing necessary to perform recoating of interior surfaces of 10,000 gallon underground potable water storage tanks. Includes expertise in sandblasting, cleaning, coating with potable water epoxy coating, and disinfection to AWWA standards for disinfection of water-storage facilities. These would be small, infrequent jobs, under the $25,000 requirement for advertisment on the Fed. Bus. Opportunities website.
